PDF Compressor is a macOS application that allows you to shrink, optimize, and resize PDF documents. The App processes your PDF files entirely on your device using local compression algorithms.
We believe your data belongs to you. PDF Compressor is designed with privacy as a fundamental priority. All data processing happens locally on your Mac — your PDF files never leave your device.

All PDF compression, optimization, and resizing operations are performed entirely on your Mac. Your documents, including any sensitive or confidential content within them, remain under your complete control at all times.
PDF Compressor is distributed through the Apple App Store. When you purchase or download the App, Apple's own privacy policy and terms of service apply to that transaction. We do not receive any personally identifiable information from Apple about our users. All purchases are handled securely by Apple.
Because PDF Compressor processes all data locally on your device, your files are never exposed to external servers or networks. This local-only approach provides the highest level of data security for your documents.
PDF Compressor does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
