This Privacy Policy describes how C.M. Leal LTDA ("we", "us", or "our"), operating under the brand Great Apps, handles information in connection with Calendar Printer Pro: Print Any Week, Any Range ("the App").

Our Core Principle

We believe your data belongs to you. Calendar Printer Pro is designed with privacy as a fundamental priority. All data processing happens locally on your Mac - your calendar data and files never leave your device.

Data Collection

Calendar Printer Pro does not collect, transmit, or store any of your data. Specifically, the App does not:

  • Upload your calendar data or any content to any server
  • Require user accounts or registration
  • Track your usage or behavior
  • Use analytics, advertising, or tracking frameworks
  • Access any data beyond the calendar events you explicitly choose to view or print

On-Device Processing

All operations are performed entirely on your Mac. Calendar Printer Pro reads your Apple Calendar data through the macOS EventKit framework to display, format, and print your events. Your calendar data remains under your complete control at all times.

Calendar Data Access

Calendar Printer Pro requests read-only access to your Apple Calendar through standard macOS permissions. The app reads event data (titles, dates, times, calendar names, and colors) solely to generate printable calendar layouts. This data is processed in memory and is never written to disk, transmitted over the network, or stored outside the app.

Third-Party Services

Calendar Printer Pro is distributed through the Apple App Store. When you purchase or download the App, Apple's own privacy policy and terms of service apply to that transaction. We do not receive any personally identifiable information from Apple about our users. All purchases are handled securely by Apple.

Data Security

Because Calendar Printer Pro processes all data locally on your device, your calendar data is never exposed to external servers or networks. This local-only approach provides the highest level of data security for your schedule information.

Children's Privacy

Calendar Printer Pro does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
